A campanha de informação e educação "I = I" ("Indetectável igual Intransmissível", #UequalsU, # НравноН), organizada pela Life4me + na região da Europa Oriental e Ásia Central, visa disseminar informações de que uma pessoa HIV-positiva com a carga viral indetectável não pode transmitir o vírus para outra pessoa sexualmente.
Vários estudos demonstraram que, num casal serodiscordante em que o parceiro seropositivo tomava terapêutica ARV e mantinha uma carga viral indetetável, não se registaram casos de transmissão sexual do VIH.
