La campaña de educación e información "I = I" (#IndetectableEsIntransmisible, #UequalsU, #НравноН), organizado por Life4me+ en Europa del Este y Asia Central, para diseminar la información que una persona VIH+ con una carga viral indetectable no puede transmitir el virus a otra persona sexualmente.
Muchos estudios mostraron que en parejas serodiferentes donde la pareja VIH+ está en tratamiento ARV y cuya carga viral está mantenida a valores indetectables, en ninguna fue reportada casos de transmisión sexual del VIH.
