HIV Peer Counselors Search Feature Has Been Added In Latest Version of Life4me+ App

HIV Peer Counselors Search Feature Has Been Added In Latest Version of Life4me+ App - imagen 1

In the latest version of Life4me+ App, the “Interactive Map” function has got a bunch of new features such as “Reserve stocks” and “HIV Peer Counselors” tabs.

The “Reserve stocks” feature provides an opportunity to find the reserve ART pills stocks if you are missing your dose. To perform this search just switch to “Reserve Stocks” tab in “Maps.” This feature is especially useful in low-income countries where a lack of ART drug distribution regularity is frequently causing delivery interrupts, and people are suffering from missing their doses. The Life4me+ app goal is to increase ART adherence among HIV-positive people by enabling state-of-the-art precise mobile technologies.

Another useful update is “HIV Peer counselors” listed on the interactive map in the mobile application. HIV Peer Counselor is a caring person (peer counselor) living with HIV who have enough professional experience and social skills to work and consult HIV-positive people, assisting them in becoming self-empowered. HIV Peer Counselors from diverse communities around the world are invited to send an inquiry and get listed after the approval process. If you know any Peer Counselor from your local community — please, share this article by email, via any mobile messenger or your preferred social network.

HIV Peer Counselors are welcomed to apply in a brief interactive form in the link https://life4me-en.typeform.com/to/AM57Qm

Share. Stay healthy. Love.

Your Life4me+ team.
